Situations That May Cause Disputes

Item Not Received or Delivery in Transit:

Parcel Seized by Customs:
If your parcel is seized by customs, please contact us immediately. We will provide any necessary documents, such as invoices and payment statements. You will also need to reach out to your local customs office to resolve the issue and handle the declaration. -
Shipment Status Stagnated for a Long Time:
If your parcel’s status remains unchanged for an extended period, contact the local logistics (our appointed partner) for an update. We will also inquire with our logistics agent and keep you informed until your parcel is successfully delivered.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

Wrong Address Provided by Buyer:
If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you, we are not responsible for any loss incurred. -
Parcel Sent to Incorrect Address or Lost by Logistics:
If the parcel is sent to the wrong address or lost during shipping, we will either resend the parcel or offer a full refund.

Item Not as Described:
We encourage you to inspect the item upon delivery. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days. -
Return/Refund for No Reason:

Exchange:
To exchange an item without a quality issue within 7 days of delivery, email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. We will provide the return address, but you will be responsible for shipping costs. -
Refund:
To return an item for a refund within 7 days of delivery without a quality issue, email [email protected] as above. You will be responsible for shipping fees and any price differences. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return/Refund for Quality Issues:
If the item you received has quality problems, such as incorrect color, size, or style, email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. Including pictures of the packing box and the item received will help us resolve the issue. We will offer a solution once we review your case.

Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition. Used or washed items are not eligible for return. -
Return Process:
Do not return items before contacting us. Shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. -
Order Information:
Include your order number and any important information from our sales card when returning items. -
Final Sale Items:
Customized orders, celebrity styles, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation within 24 Hours:
If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, a 3% transaction fee will be charged. -
Cancellation after 24 Hours:
If you cancel after 24 hours, a 10% transaction and handling fee will be charged. -
Cancellation Post-Shipment:
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or once customs declaration has begun. -
PayPal Echeck Payments:
For payments made via PayPal echeck, processing takes 5-7 business days. A 3% handling fee will apply to refunds during this period.
